A modern conference and events space in central Norwich, Townshend House is the perfect setting for Day 1's hands-on workshops. With dedicated workshop rooms and great transport links, it's easy to get to and a great place to learn.
Day 2 moves to The Space — a purpose-built venue ideally suited to a full conference day. With multiple breakout rooms for parallel tracks, a main hall for keynotes, and space for an exhibition area, it's exactly the kind of venue a summit deserves.

Craig, a Microsoft MVP for Business Applications, has been navigating the Microsoft ecosystem for over 20 years. He focuses on Power Platform, Copilot Studio & M365 administration, security, governance and enablement — inspiring organisations to adopt the Power Platform at scale.
Adam is a Power Platform Principal Consultant at Robiquity and the founder of the Norfolk Power Platform User Group. With 15 Microsoft certifications, he brings deep technical expertise to the community. Adam is also a Pluralsight Author, creating courses on AI and Prompt Engineering.

Duncan is a Power BI Consultant who believes every messy Excel sheet deserves a second chance. Known as the Power BI Kinda Guy, he spends his days transforming chaos into clean visuals and his evenings building community through the Norfolk Power Platform User Group.
Ian is a senior technical consultant at Capgemini, specialising in the Microsoft Power Platform and cloud-native development. Holding 16 Microsoft certifications, he is also the creator of TechTweedie — a popular blog demystifying Power Platform DevOps and secure design practices.
Gemma is Director at GTP Tech Recruitment and Co-Founder of the Norfolk Power Platform User Group and East of England Power Platform Summit. With a background in mental health and psychotherapy, she brings empathy and insight to recruitment, supporting Microsoft Partners and professionals find roles where they can truly thrive.
Jon is a Senior Power Platform Technical Consultant at Capgemini with over 20 years of experience in IT. He's passionate about building communities where people can learn, share, and thrive — running mentoring programs and previously co-hosting the Sprint Zero podcast.
